So many people I meet or talk to are as fascinated by Australia as I am by visiting and learning about other countries. I have introduced a new post to my Blog every Friday which will give you the best (and sometimes the worst) of my country. The first post is below if you're interested in having a look.
I loved Bali - Hubby and I visited there last year and I also have a special place in my heart for a little town called Mollala in Portland, Oregon. I spent three months there in my teens and then went back again in 2005. I have special memories of my time spent there and met some amazing people

ReplyDeleteThis is for sure! I also just learned a cool thing about New Zealand (as I have two dogs and 4 cats) but in New Zealand they do not have rabbies! How cool is that? I thought rabbies was all over the world!

I haven't been out in the world much- there are places that I want to visit- Greece, Japan, Ireland, France, Australia to name a few. My favorite city is San Francisco. But my favorite place to be is usually home!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite places in the world is Topsail Island, NC. It's a beautiful island that I grew up going to for vacation. Otherwise my favorite place is at home with a good book and of course my husband! haha. Found your blog from Six Word Saturday!

Two of you have commented on San Francisco being your favourite places. I travelled down the whole US west coast in 1987 and I found it also to be a beautiful place to visit. I would love to go back :)
ReplyDeleteVisiting back from 6 word saturday (and btw, yes lunch with my dtr was awesome!.At the moment, my favorite place is Washington State....other than the weather, it's beautiful up there. Plus it's Twilight country, best of all, my best friend lives there.
