Are you a helicopter or lawnmower parent?

This week I'm spreading myself around the blogosphere. So in case you wondered - I'm not here today. I'm over at World Mom's Blog talking about helicopter and lawnmower parenting. Yes, you're reading those words correctly.

So what type of parent are you? Why not drop by over there for a visit and say hi.

Cheers, Fi

  1. For me I think it really depends on the age of the child and the situation. Funny though I have never heard of the term lawnmower parent either. I think I was probably more of a helicopter mom with my oldest and now with the others much more layed back but not even sure I "pick up" the pieces with them (I know for the littlest ones I don't yet since they are not old enough) but both of the older ones as well have lived and learned. They know that their actions have concequences. Good, bad or indifferent. Ok, so now I have rambled and really have not answered the question at hand. LOL!

Everyone has something valuable to say and I would love for you to share your thoughts
